Menstrual Mission
Aiming to create conversation about menstrual health, inequalities, and taboos.
COllaboration
We love to collaborate! We want to collaborate with organisations, groups, and projects to expand our menstrual mission and learnt to improve the quality and diversity of our resources by working with various groups.
workshops
One of our main goals is to make menstrual education resources accessible. We aim to do this by developing workshops, collaborating with organisations in Bremen, and providing resources on our website for all to access.
DESIGN
Our workshops and resources are designed by the Menstrual Mission team. As the team continues to grow and learn, we aim to apply these changes to our workshop designs.
Let's make a change in our communities.
Menstruation is a natural fact of life and a monthly occurrence for the 1.8 billion girls, women, transgender men and non-binary persons of reproductive age. Yet millions of menstruators across the world are denied the right to manage their monthly menstrual cycle in a dignified, healthy way.

Just as there are four seasons and four lunar phases, there are four phases of a menstrual cycle!
